RECOMMENDED HOME CLEANING SUPPLIES

We want our clients to be very comfortable with the kinds of products that we use within their homes.  For this reason, we ask that you provide your own cleaning supplies.  That way we won't bring any substances into your home that could cause you any undue stress or discomfort.

There are many reasons that our home cleaning customers prefer to select and store their own cleaning supplies.

• For anyone dealing with allergies or any kind of chemical sensitivity, it is very important to stick to cleaning products that you already know work well for you without causing any irritation to you, your family or your pets.

• Many people want to use specifically "green" cleaning products now.  Such examples are low phosphate products and biodegradable solutions.  The very best way we have found to ensure that we use cleaning products that meet your requirements is for us to use what you choose.

• It is not uncommon for home cleaning customers to simply prefer the smell (or absence of smell) that comes from certain brands of cleaning products.  If that is what you like, we absolutely do not want to make you change.

Our home cleaning customers provide the cleaning materials and store them right in their own homes so that we are sure to satisfy their wants and needs appropriately.

We do have a basic list of recommended home cleaning supplies for you to keep on hand for our personnel.  We also want you to feel completely comfortable discussing home cleaning products and choices with us and with your assigned cleaner.

• All purpose cleaning solution (or separate bathroom cleaning solution and kitchen cleaning solutions if you prefer)
• Washing up liquid
• Furniture polish
• Baking soda
• Paper towels
• Dust mop
• Duster
• Cleaning cloths
• Oven cleaner
• Mop and pail
• Vacuum and a supply of vacuum bags

This list of home cleaning supplies is based on what is most usually used.  Your specific home cleaning task list may require more supplies or fewer supplies than this list encompasses.  Remember that we encourage discussing this list with your assigned cleaner.
