OUR HOME CLEANING SERVICE

We provide a full range of home cleaning services that are easily customized to each client.  From a one-time home cleaning for a special occasion all the way up to regular service and ironing, we let you customize our services to fit your particular needs.

Once you let us know the basic information about your home (check our online enquiry form), we can discuss the specifics of your cleaning needs.  All our prices are based on hourly rates (check the pricing section on this site) and are extremely competitive.

When you are ready to get started, we select a worker who is most suited to your needs using our client/worker matching process. 

You will pay your cleaner directly after each home cleaning visit.  We do it this way because it simplifies the process and our clients generally prefer this system.  Most of our customers prefer to deal strictly with their personally assigned cleaner directly.

OUR WORKERS

We will match you with one of our professional home cleaning personnel based on compatibility and needs.  We guarantee that you will be happy with the cleaner assigned to you because if you aren't we will assign someone you are more comfortable with.  We are dedicated to the process of hiring only secure, reliable and competent personnel. 

We employ a screening process that helps us bring in only qualified and highly recommended workers (we require at least three recommendations).  Our home cleaning personnel are also vetted so you can feel secure about the kind of people you allow into your home.

Your home cleaning will be done by the same worker each time.  However, in the case of illness, vacations or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a replacement worker for you.  Remember that all staff is screened the same way and are all vetted so you can be comfortable even when your regular home cleaner may be temporarily unavailable.

HOME CLEANING SUPPLIES

We feel it is important that our clients provide their own cleaning materials and to keep them stored right within their own home.  There are several reasons for this and most of our clients are happy with this arrangement.

Allergies and Sensitivities - many of our clients (or someone in their family) have allergies or are sensitive to some chemical residues or fumes.  We don't want to bring anything into your home that could potentially irritate you, your family or your pets.

Green - a large number of our clients have very specific requirements that all their household cleaning solutions must meet.  Examples are low phosphate and bio-degradable cleaners.  We want to assure you that your home will be cleaned with only the types of products you would choose for yourself.  The best way to accomplish that is to let you select your own supplies.

Personal Preferences - a number of our home cleaning clients simply have a certain fragrance (or lack of a fragrance) that signifies "clean" to them.  For many people the smell of a particular floor wax or disinfectant is important and we don't want to replace that.
